We treat a wide variety of foot problems, including heel pain, ingrown toenails, verrucae, fungal nail infections, corns, calluses, cracked heels, and general foot and nail concerns. We also provide specialist care for more complex or ongoing conditions.

  • Your First Appointment

    During your first appointment, we will take time to understand your concerns and assess your feet thoroughly. 


    You can expect:

    • A full consultation and medical history review
    • A detailed foot examination (and any necessary diagnostic tests)
    • Diagnosis and discussion of your condition
    • Treatment where appropriate during the appointment
    • A personalised treatment plan
    • Clear aftercare advice and follow-up recommendations

  • How do I book an appointment?

    All standard appointments are booked online via our booking system.


    The following appointments must be booked directly via phone or email:

    • Home visits
    • Nail surgery
    • Verruca needling

  • Do I need to pay in advance?

    Yes. Full payment is taken at the time of booking for most appointments.


    The only exceptions are:

    • Nail surgery
    • Verruca needling

    These require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of treatment.


  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.


    If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. This includes home visits.


    We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and discretion may be applied in exceptional cases.


  • What happens if I miss my appointment?

    If you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged. This applies to all appointment types, including home visits.

  • How long are appointments?

    Appointment times vary depending on the treatment required:


    • Core podiatry: 45 minutes
    • MSK assessment: 60 minutes
    • Home visits: 45 minutes
    • Extended follow-up: 45 minutes
    • Routine follow-up: 30 minutes
    • Check-up: 15 minutes
    • Nail surgery / verruca needling: 60 minutes

  • What happens if I am late?

    We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment.


    If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, we will still see you within the remaining time.


    If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled


  • Patient Care and Safety

    Hackney Podiatry follows best practice guidelines set by the Royal College of Podiatry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical care.


    All podiatrists are HCPC registered, fully qualified, and professionally insured. We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at every visit.


  • Clinical Notes and Patient Records

    We maintain accurate clinical records for all patients in line with professional guidelines.

    You have the right to request a copy of your clinical notes at any time. Requests should be made to the clinic director and will be processed within 28 days.


  • What if I am unhappy with my treatment?

    We are committed to providing high-quality care.


    If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please speak to us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be offered at the discretion of the clinic (excluding consumables and orthotics).

    We collect and store patient data securely in order to provide safe and effective care.
