Sarah Crookes BSc (Hons) MPH MRCPod HCPC Reg
Director and Owner
Sarah is a HCPC registered Podiatrist and a member of the Royal College of Podiatry. She qualified in 2003 from the University of Huddersfield and also holds a Masters degree in Public Health from Staffordshire University.
Sarah has a certificate in Prescription Only Medicines which means she can prescribe some medicines to help with your foot problem. She is licensed to administer Local Anaesthesia.
Sarah has 22 years experience as a HCPC registered Podiatrist/Chiropodist in both the NHS and Private Sector and lives in the heart of Hackney with her three kids and husband. She established Hackney Podiatry in January 2021 and balances running Hackney Podiatry with family life. In her spare time she is a keen swimmer, opting to swim in open water (London Fields Lido in the winter, the West Reservoir in the summer) and always has a jigsaw on the go!
David Ezeigbo BSc (Hons) MRCPod HCPC Reg
Part time Associate
David is a HCPC registered podiatrist and a member of the Royal College of Podiatry. He qualified in 2022 from University of Northampton. He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred foot care. He provides a full range of routine podiatry treatments, including nail care, callus and corn management, and advice on maintaining healthy feet day to day.
With a strong sporting background, David brings an additional understanding of how foot health impacts movement, balance, and performance. David takes a professional but friendly approach, ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment.
He continues to build his expertise across all aspects of podiatry, with a growing interest in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation to further support patients with active lifestyles.
Gloria Menakuntima BSc (Hons) MRCPod HCPC Reg
Part time Associate
Gloria is HCPC registered Podiatrist and a member of the Royal College of Podiatry. She qualified with a four year degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2020 and has built her experience across both private practice and the NHS. She has a special interest in diabetic foot care and a passion for helping people keep their feet healthy, comfortable, and pain-free.
Gloria really enjoy connecting with her patients — understanding their unique needs, building trust, and supporting them in taking better care of themselves. Her approach to podiatry is holistic, focusing on education and prevention, empowering people with the knowledge they need for long-term foot health.
Outside of work, Gloria loves running, relaxing, and spending time with friends. Staying active and maintaining balance in life helps Gloria bring positive energy and compassion into every appointment.
